Arbuda Instruments boasts of comprehensive in-house facilities for the manufacturing of various types of Pressure, Temperature, Testing & Calibrating Equipments. The company’s state-of-the-art manufacturing unit is located in the designated electronic zone at Industrial Estate in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
Facility:
The plant is equipped with qualified, trained and experienced engineers and workmen and has modern machines tools, calibration facilities and precision inspection devices. Components like movements, bourdons , diaphragms are made in-house with stringent quality check.
Quality :
Meticulous care is taken from solution testing of raw material to the final packaging of finished goods to ensure quality in all aspects. Type test as per EN/IS are conducted at approved National laboratories from time to time to determine and ensure suitability of the gauges under different operating conditions. Arbuda holds a consistent record of offering prompt Customer service after sales and often providing guidance on the proper selection ,usage and maintenance of gauges. Bimetal Thermometer operates on the basis of expansion of bimetal strip due to changes in temperature which in turn causes the deflection of the pointer. These are the most commonly used Indicating temperature device as avoids Mercury or Gas filling thus reducing the threat of hazards still providing similar performance in Accuracy as well as repeatability.
