Diaphragm seal is a protection device to prevent corrosion, clogging or freezing of bourdon tube of pressure instruments used in different fluids. The only limitation is the volumetric capacity of the diaphragm seal. This is kept at minimum to reduce error because of temperature changes yet it is of sufficient volume for activating pressure elements to bring desired movement.
