Established in the year 2000, we, Visflow Helical Pumps are a part of Visflow group of companies and engaged in manufacturing, supplying & exporting industrial pumps. These pumps require less maintenance and manufactured using quality tested raw material to assure outstanding performance. Progressive Cavity Helical Rotor Eccentric Screw Pumps (AM/AN Series)

These pumps are made out of Cast Iron Pump Housing and Cast Iron Bearing Housing. Rotors of Hard Chrome Plated Alloy steel , Tool steel , SS 304, SS 316 and the rotating part are of Alloy Steel or Stainless Steel. The universal joints are specialy designed single or double knuckle joints. The Rubber Stator is made out of Natural or Synthetic rubbers like Nitrile, EPDM, Hyplon, Silicon, Neoprene, Viton, Butyle or Hi –Nitrile based on application. Maximum Capacity - 350 Cu M/hr. Maximum Pressure - 48 Kg/cm2. Maximum Solid size - 50 mm. Viscocity - 50,00,000 CST. Operating temperature - 200 Degree C

 

Progressive Cavity Helical Rotor Eccentric Screw Pump (BM Series)

Wettable parts of this class of pumps are made out of SS 304, SS 316 or special Alloys like Alloy 20, Hastalloy.
The Rubber stators are of Natural or Synthetic rubbers like Nitrile, EPDM, Hyplon, Silicon, Neoprene, Viton, Butyle and Hi –Nitrile  based on end application. Maximum Capacity - 250 Cu M/hr. AL BL Series Industrial and Chemical screw pumps

AL pumps are of cast iron construction with various metallurgy of rotating parts like Alloy Steel, Tool Steel, SS 304 and SS 316 while BL pumps are of complete SS 304 and SS 316 material of construction. Other various options of FRP / Ebonite lined housing with rotating parts in super alloys like Alloy 20, Hastelloy C, Hastelloy B and Titanium are available for highly corrosive applications. Shaft sealing ensured by soft gland packing / mechanical seal. AM - VF Series Industrial and Chemical Screw Pumps

VFseries of pumps are designed with special geometries in 1/2 as well as 2/3 profiles. While cast iron and SS 316 material of construction are offered, special materials of construction are also available for highly corrosive fluids. Shaft sealing is ensured by soft Packed Gland/ Mechanical seal. Torsion free metal bonded stator and double sealed universal joints for longer service life and high efficiency.

CM CN - Series Quick Clean Hygiene Screw Pumps

Hygienic design pump with all metal parts in contact with liquid in smooth SS and stator of non-contamination rubber, seamless body eliminating product retaining pockets. Shaft sealing by food grade gland packing / mechanical seal. IDF / SMS /TRICLOVER / equivalent end connections.Salient Features: All metallic parts in contact with the fluid are in smooth finish stainless steel. Stator is of non-contaminating polymer which is resistant to oils and fat.All internal contours are designed to be swept by the product flow or by a detergent when “in-line” cleaning.Elimination of product retaining pockets avoids chemical or bacteriological contamination

WM/WN - W Series Wide Throat Chemical and Hygiene Screw Pumps

 Hopper type suction inlet allows gravity flow of plastic viscous media on Augur cum coupling rod pushing viscous substances into pumping cavity. Standard pumps employ mild steel hopper pump casing with alloy steel rotating parts. For corrosive or hygienic duty, all contact parts will be in SS material. Shaft sealing by soft gland packing / mechanical seal. Delivery connection in BS, ISO, ASA, ANSI flanged ends and for hygienic applications, IDF /SMS/ Tri clover or equivalent are used. Bridge Breaker Paddle Assembly is available as option for products forming bridge while handling high consistency media and referred as WM/WN/BB series of Pumps.Salient Features:  Suitable for all media up to most thick pulpy consistency with highest content of solid or fibrous material. Open hopper type inlet with force feed screw upstream of rotor and stator. Torsion-free metal bonded stator for increased stator life and higher efficiency per stage pressure.Pulsation, turbulence or aeration free metered flow proportional to the speed.Capable of developing up to 48 bar even at low pump speed.Easy and quick maintenance, which does not require any special tools.Temperature range from –40C to +200C.

 

AB Series Vertical Drum Barrel Screw Pumps

 

Portable design, vertical screw pumps for emptying barrels. Driven by vertical flange mounted geared or flanged motors. Available in Mild Steel or Stainless Steel Material of construction with rotating parts to suit duty conditions. Grauting Machine

We are engaged in manufacturing precision-engineered range of Grauting Machines that is used for cement slurry and grout mortar to a tiled surface. It includes a rotatable, frustroconical shroud that has a radially extending blades and is equipped with the resilient foot pads that are positioned at the bottom edges of the shroud. The Grauting Machines offered by us are also fitted with the blades contact the tiled surface, so as to make sure that its outer end precedes and its inner end are in the direction of rotation of the shroud. Furthermore, each of these blades is tilted to make sure that the upper edge is ahead of the its lower edge in the direction of rotation of the shroud.
