Dosing / Metering Pumps ( Plunger Type Pumps )

Dosing / Metering Pumps ( Plunger Type Pumps )  Features are : Precise Metering Device. Multiple head plunger pumps with common drive for mixing two or more liquids in a desired ratio. The ratio can be easily reset. Liquid heads can be heated by hot water/ steam/ power to transfer/ dose products which are highly viscous at room temperature. The Attachment "AUTOFLOW CONTROLLER" can be Installed in the pumps which recieves 4 to 20 mA Signal from the Process and Commands the Dosing Pump to vary the Flow as per the Requirement of the Process.  GMP Models available for Food & Pharma applications.  The design & Performance of Plunger Pumps conforms to API 675. Hydraulically Operated Diaphragm Type Metering / Dosing Pumps (Single Diaphragm & Sandwich Diaphragm) Diaphragm is always balanced between the pressure exerted by the hydraulic oil and the liquid to be dosed. Longer diaphragm life.  Automatic air bleeding from the hydraulic oil ensures better metering accuracy .Arrangement of in-built pressure relief valve to protect the pump from pressure exceeding the rated pressure.  Rupture Indication Arrangement (RIA) is an additional facility available with this pumps. These pumps with RIA are proved with sandwitch of two diaphragms. The rupture of any one of the diaphragm can be sensed by pressure sensing device. The design and performance of pumps conforms to API 675.
